The #3 lane of southbound State Route 99 will be closed from 8:00 pm until 6:00 am for Sunday night January 28th, Monday night January 29th and Tuesday night January 30th. The Floral Avenue off-ramp, from southbound State Route 99, will also be closed, during the same time.
