Before you order a DVD of photos, we need a list of the files you would like on the disk. Under the image there is a number that looks like this (img_xxxx). That is the file name. Write that number and the numbers of all the photos you would like on your disk and email them to (INFO at BIGVALLEYNEWS dot COM) and we will get to work on your disk.
Also don't use AT or DOT in our email address, we used that to trick to robots that like to scan sites and steal email addresses. If you have any questions about your photos on disk please call us and we will be glad to help you. (559) 477-4275.
PHOTOREFLECT.COM: We use PhotoReflect.com for our print fulfillment and have no access to your information you provide them. We can not access your account or galleries as Photo Reflect is a third party and your information is secure with them. If in the rare chance there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
The DVD's of photos we sell are not a part of Photo Reflect and are sold outside of their website. We provide every customer that orders electronic digital photos from us a free DVD to carry your photos home, much like any story would provide you with a free bag to carry your purchases home.
OUR HISTORY: In 1997 Madera Online debuted as an online community guide for Madera County but quickly found itself becoming an online newspaper. We have prided ourselves in delivering accurate breaking news that the traditional news outlets ignore. As we covered local events and youth sports, parents would call our offices requesting copies of photos we used in our stories. In time we were spending more time fulfilling those orders than covering the news.
Madera Photo grew out of a need for Madera Online to find a more expedient distribution method for photos used on our website. Parents can now go online, find thousands of photos from community events and youth sports activities and have those photos delivered to their door within a few days. We offer prints of many different sizes and now offer digital images in both high and low resolutions. We also offer gift items such as t-shirts, mouse pads and coffee cups.
On December 31, 2010 Madera Online and Madera Photo were joined under the Big Valley Media banner. As part of Big Valley Media we can offer one site for the best in Central Valley news and a place to purchase photos from different community and sporting events around the great Central Valley.
